Adding background image to comments

Quite Simple

- Click on review tab and new comment
- Right click the frame of the comment in the design mode
- Select Format comment
- Click colors and lines tab
- Click the drop down in the colors section
- Hit fill effects and then picture
- Select the image and click OK button


Here we go with the image at the background of the comment.
