Inserting comments with picture and changing the shapes of the comments

Inserting images to comments.

- Click on review tab and new comment

- Right click the frame of the comment in the design mode

- Select Format comment

- Click colors and lines tab

- Click the drop down in the colors section

- Hit fill effects and then picture

- Select the image and click OK button

Changing the Shapes behind the comment

-          Goto file - > Options -> Quick Access Toolbar

-          Select Drawing Tools ! Format Tab from “Choose commands From”

-          Then select change shape tool from the below list.

-          Here we go now you can edit comment shapes from Quick access icon at the top right corner of undo and redo commands.
